RCIGI Mission

The mission of the RC-Institute for Global Individuation is, to provide a substantial contribution to the human development of nations and humanity in general by means of research, development, education and consulting.

The state of humanity and the earth shows us a tremendous lack of efficient knowledge and skills in the fields of politics, economy, business, media, and state education. NGOs have neither been able to avoid the dramatic increase of the global problems. The five big religions have failed in an incredible way to bring forward humanity’s evolution. We observe an outrageous failure of knowledge and skills in dealing with human’s inner life, genuine human needs, human potentials and values, responsibility, and ethics. Humanity and the earth are in great danger of collapse which will end in an unimaginable disaster. The state of Emergency is declared.

Politicians can never solve anything with the old patterns of power. Politicians need to change their nation. But there are many defense mechanisms that actuate against fundamental changes in power positions, in the state administration, and in the society itself. The high-tech knowledge offers all necessary tools and products for efficient solutions. The very difficult and extremely critical factor is the human itself. Only the right understanding of humans makes the management of humans successful.

Humans, multiplied by millions and billions, have created the huge problems of nations, of humanity and the earth. Humans make it enormously difficult if not impossible to implement innovations on a local, national and global level. Humans have to implement technical or conceptual (institutional) solutions and the masses of humans have to adapt to it in a constructive way. But humans reject, deny, and refuse collective changes, renewals, and transformations. The management of humans with mind and soul needs to be considered in all strategies of solution.

RCIGI offers conferences and seminars to transmit the indispensable knowledge and skills (strategies) to manage and change (renew) a nation, folk, and humanity as a whole for a better future.

RCIGI programs are for people who are responsible in politics, state administration, economy, industry, education, religious institutions, NGO institutions, and for people aspiring to a responsible position in the society.
