Fact of the matter is: Today in 2011, the future of Spain is very bleak, also that of Andalusia; and of the Costa del Sol; and herewith also the future of Marbella. In any case, the overall future of humanity and the planet has a bleak future in sight. If humanity continues the way of life for 10 years – Spain, including Andalusia, and Marbella – , then the whole humanity will end up in the inferno within 35-40 years. I want to provide a general overview; more to the issue can be found in the World Report 2011:

P.S. All the revealed figures in this article form part of an overall picture, in order to unveil the complex interconnection and show the economic potentials.

The Big Picture about Spain

The state of Spain will become a nightmare not only for tourist resorts. The following outline provides a general overview:

• An unemployment rate like never before, today (2011) 21.5%, de facto nearly 30%.
• 5 million Spaniards have no job; including unreported cases an estimated 6 million in total.
• Unemployment rate in Spain of 18-25 year olds: 45%; in some areas up to 75%.
• Unemployment rate in Andalucía in 2011: 29.5%, de facto (grey figure) nearly 40%.
• Alone in Andalusia by the end of 2011 a total of 1,200,000 jobs are lacking.
• In Marbella there are around 15,000 unemployed (2011); Unreported cases unknown.
• Every year a new age group joins the workforce: most without any chance for a job.
• 35-50% of the young Spaniards will never have a fixed job in their whole life.
• 1,800,000 (other sources: 3,500,000) properties (incl. land) are unsold.
• Most of the properties in touristic areas are still 30-50% overpriced.
• The rental prices of commercial premises are far too expensive for small businesses.
• Taxes and social security completely strangle citizens and small businesses.
• Inadequate retirement provisions create sorrow, misfortune and depression.
• Far too much speculation, corruption, cheat and deceit that hasn’t been uncovered.
• 8-9 million Spaniards = 20% of the population = 2,150,000 households live in poverty.
• Other calculations reveal 17 million people living in poverty (38.6% of the population).
• 1,700,000 people are living in “serious” poverty with 25% under the subsistence level.
• Over 500,000 Spaniards are living in “extreme” poverty: unspeakable sorrow!
• Economic analysis: There are poor people because there are extremely rich people!
• Bad and inappropriate education produces poverty and costs the state billions.
• 89,000 Millionaires; 1,467 of them have a wealth of over 10 million (Euros).
• The winners of the financial crisis: 19 billionaires in Spain; in 2006 only 10 billionaires.
• Public debt will be 812,472 million Euros in 2012, twice what it was in 2007.
• Due to restrictive visa policies Spain’s economy loses several billion Euros / year.
• Due to participation in meaningless wars Spain loses several billion Euros / year.
• 700,000 to 1 million Expats have had to leave Spain as a result of the financial crisis.
• The loss of expats has caused Spain an economic loss in the billions of Euros / year.
• The loss of tourists due to stubbornness and greed results in losses of billions / year.
• The lack of qualified vocational training schools means the economy loses billions / year.
• The lack of psychical-spiritual education costs up to 1 trillion Euros per year, every year.
• The archaic, inefficient and stupid penal system costs billions of Euros every single year.
• The very inefficient totally pompous state administration costs billions of Euros per year.
• Big shopping malls have destroyed around 300,000 small and medium-sized businesses.
• In 2008 around 1,000 companies declared bankruptcy; 2009-2010 there were 10,000.
• Marbella has over 2,000 unused commercial premises; in Spain overall surely over 1M.
• 82% of all the companies listed on the “Ibex 35” have subsidiaries in tax paradises (abroad).
• Every day countless people lose their homes because they cannot pay their mortgage.
• From 1.1.2007 to 30.06.2010 around 230,000 homes were repossessed by the banks.
• Within 3 years the banks have destroyed the existence of +/- 1 million people (families).
• 10% of the Spaniards have around 50% of the declared total wealth of the nation.
• 20 families and business people control around 37.1% of the Spanish stock exchange.
• 500 people have the financial control over 45 million Spaniards.
• The environmental destruction, especially on the Costas, equals immense consequences.
• Allegedly there are still many areas where sewage gets discharged directly into the ocean.
• Lethal contamination, including fine dust and waste can be found everywhere.
• Inefficient and unfriendly state administration is like 20-25 years ago.
• Banks that drove millions of citizens and expats into complete financial ruin.
• 80% of the Spaniards earn less than 1,201€ per month: on the verge of poverty.
• Big cities with their contamination that poison the people and their souls.
• A smoking ban that predominantly serves to conceal the immense contamination.
• Political incompetence and a lack of genuine human values and ethics.
• “Las Vegas”-type plans: A huge dance around the golden goose, the rotten goose.
• Increasing sea-level: In 20 years around 80% of all beaches will be gone.
• Industrial food with chemical elements and absolutely no taste at all.
• Rising poverty, destroyed livelihoods, and with that an increase in “domestic violence”
• Predominantly bad up to miserable quality and rip-off in the tourism sector.
• In most tourist resorts (e.g. Marbella) extremely inefficient public transport.
• Over the past 25 years over 1 trillion Euros was earned from tourism: Where is the money?
• Divorce rate: 65-78%, most fail due to a lack of being able to love or to think.
• The quality of the service industry (banks, tourism) is profusely miserable.
• Increasing catastrophes due to climate change and the associated gigantic costs.
• Politicians: rarely do they have contact with the “small” citizens, expats or businesses.
• A quarrelsome, ignorant, arrogant, incompetent, soulless political system.
• A political world poisoned by greed, narcissism, neurosis and psychopathy.
• A political system that is held at gunpoint by lobbyists and bankers.
• Countless laws and a judicial system that serves oppression and injustice.
• Millions of foreign property owners that were badly cheated.
• Pure hedonism, especially in tourist resorts, on an extremely sick level.
• Spaniards like to borrow, to spend money and to live above their means.
• Corruption and top-wages for politicians instead of improving the country’s infrastructure.
• Megalomaniac projects for those who already have millions completely neglecting the folk.
• Investments of 500 million put into illusions and promising 5,000 work places.
• Architectural lunacy for one billion euros with 500 work places; the EU finances it.
• A university education system that can never understand, let alone solve the big problems.
• Politicians and experts that do not have a real picture concerning the state of humanity.
• A folk that has lost the genuine inner needs, the ability to love, and the inner Spirit.
• Three out of every 100 Spaniards are cocaine addicted, making Spain the most addicted country in Europe.
• 19% of all European cocaine addicts are in Spain.
• Experts that want to revive the tourism sector with soulless old-fashioned concepts.
• A business and life culture with a primitive view of humans from the middle Ages.
• Warmongers in Madrid that are destroying the Spanish soul since two decades.
• The warmongering politicians don’t see that everything will fall back on the folk.
• Politicians are incapable to identify the real problems with future perspectives.
• Most people are incompetent, ignorant, and absolutely unable to be competitive.
• Spaniards want trillions from tourists and global trade, but 80% don’t speak English.
• Most Spanish public Universities are corrupt and offer worthless curriculums, it is said.
• The majority of the youth are lazy, unskilled, big mouthed and unwilling to learn.
• Spain has ripped off millions of tourists and property buyers the past 25 years.
• Spaniards inflict misery onto others, those whose money they have borrowed and wasted.
• The tourists and rich people shall come back now to buy more properties and pay the debt.
• In Spain (and in Europe) the anti-government demonstrations will increase dramatically.
• Demonstrators at home are tackled with batons and tear gas; but supported in other nations.
• More and more social unrest is in the making; in the end a civil war will enflame.
• An archaic religion with fairy tales, fantasies, superstition, infantile ideals and a lot of lies.
• Politicians and the people have lost all inner values due to greed, narcissism, psychopaths.
• Politicians and governments have sold their soul and their people to a religious psychosis.
• Everything will get much worse: the people will go hungry in the not too distant future.
• The military will be the last employer – ready for the next psychosis of those in charge.

Spain and Andalusia are Part of the Big Global Picture

Every person, that personally and professionally wants to stand a chance, must know the following about the state of humanity and the planet:

• The world population will rise dramatically; every 13-15 years there will be one billion additional people: In 30-40 years the planet will no longer be able to sustain the population; this will have distressing effects for humankind.
• 10 billion people are manageable only with dictatorship and military suppression; culture, individual development and life of free spirit will no longer be allowed, it will be impossible and definitely not open to discussion.
• Exorbitant spending on military, wars, large industries and state administration together with corruption do not allow for any solutions.
• The incredibly hyped up weapons and car industry will drain the earth of its resources and lead the planet to total collapse resulting in the complete destruction of life.
• Due to huge debts and speculation the next financial crisis will lead to a complete breakdown of the system and destroy with it entire countries and nations resulting in widespread anarchy and suffering.
• The unequal distribution of wealth and natural resources of the earth will mean the end of supra-millionaires and billionaires as well as their children’s future.
• Increasing and ever more unpredictable change in the climate will bring enormous destruction to continents resulting in incalculable damage and costs; not to mention hideous suffering.
• UK: Sea levels could be 1.5 meters higher by the end of the century; coasts will vanish.
• We have to expect more drought, floods, heat waves, fires, heavy rainfall, storms, tornadoes, cyclones with the worst imaginable aftermath for the environment and people.
• Sea levels will increase by 20-60 cm. in the next 20-60 years; some experts predict an increase of 90-150 cm. By 2100, all this will wreak havoc.
• Beaches, landscapes, entire islands and natural habitats will be completely destroyed or simply disappear; there will be overwhelmingly more contamination and pollution.
• Sea-life faces ­extinction, unprecedented in history, because of waste and over-fishing.
• Natural resources (e.g. fish, drinking water, natural food, water for agricultural productions, healthy farm land) will decrease spectacularly and become more and more contaminated.
• Mega-cities and widespread construction as well as pollution, littering, contamination and radiation of the earth, air, water, seas and food will increase.
• All variations of cancer and serious illnesses will increase dramatically as a result of pollution, poison, fine dust and radiation: What the chain reactions in the human body will be nobody knows. No one has been there before.
• 1-2 billion people will fall into poverty in the coming 10 years; in 30-40 years this will be 80% of the population; completely without or at best with minimum medical provision.
• The sewage water (with poisonous substances) of 2.5 billion people flows directly into the oceans and seas today; this amount will double in the next 25 years and in 40 years will completely destroy nature.
• Several hundred million people will migrate in search of a new home as a result of unemployment, wars, climate change and natural catastrophes.
• All kinds of rubbish and waste, especially nuclear, electric and car waste, will take on gigantic dimensions and totally poison land, oceans and seas.
• The price of oil, wheat, corn, rice, coffee, sugar and soya will rise dramatically and thus become unattainable for 30% of the world’s population; 80% will have to live under the bread line.
• Most people in industrialized nations will have significantly less disposable wealth which will curtail their holidays. Tourism around the globe will collapse completely.
• Unemployment statistics fail to reflect reality. Around the world today there are over half a billion people who have no work or too little work; this will result in massive social unrest.
• Crises, social unrest, revolutions, wars, tax hikes and martial laws will completely choke the human experience; religious conflict will form part of everyday life.
• More than 5,000 nuclear weapons are deployed and ready for use, including nearly 2,000 that are kept on high alert, ready to be fired within moments of an order to do so.
• Global military expenditures in 2011 are estimated at 2 trillion US$ (increasing tendency).
• Cost of Iraq War plus war in Afghanistan: over US$ 1,000,000,000,000. Iraq War victims, new figures: 2,500,000 killed people; 4.7m displaced; 5m orphans; 1-2m widows.
• The US Military has more than 1,000 military bases in about 130 countries and another 6,000 bases in the United States and its territories. In total, there are more than 3,000,000 US personnel serving across the planet.
• The explosive hotspots and conflicts will increase and totally change the world; WWIII is imminent, ongoing and can begin any moment; they are all ready.
• Humanity and all religions have lost the Archetypes of the Soul, also Love, the Truth, Trust, as well as genuine inner needs and the inner Spirit.
• The truth has no chance today. Lies, perversion, lunacy, religious psychosis, narcissism, arrogance, ignorance and stupidity have replaced the truth.
• Humanity is (nearly) completely brainwashed and manipulated, degenerated in its inner being. It has become soulless; therefore driven by illusions, greed and repression of guilt.
• The world will collapse beyond repair in 30-40 years with 9-10 billion people. The “end” is foreseeable and will become reality for those alive today and especially for the coming generation!

The price for the high unemployment rate around the globe

• Unemployment causes psycho-social dilapidation and increased threat of illnesses.
• Unemployment produces criminality, divorce, psychical damages in children, etc.
• Unemployment destroys creativity, intelligence, truthfulness, love, spirit, humaneness.
• Unemployment destroys the social peace and in turn damages the entire society.
• Unemployment destroys the genuine human values, herewith the relationships and families.
• Unemployment destroys the home of children and the youth, their entire future.
• Unemployment produces a negative atmosphere and herewith a deterrent for new clients.
• Unemployment results in more and more wealthy people and tourists avoiding such resorts.
• Unemployment reduces alertness, culture, independence, freedom and democracy.
• Unemployment attracts monster parasites that will exploit and abuse nearly everything.
• Unemployment produces poverty, which reproduces over generations: expensive, damaging.
• Unemployment above 5% destroys the society, culture, inner values and the peace.

How high are the costs of one million, of 5 million and of 50-250 million unemployed during 30-50 years? One would have to include the lateral costs: alcoholism, addictions with consequences, illnesses, divorces, criminality, vandalism, violence, dilapidation, accident risks, suicide attempts, depressions, psycho-somatic illnesses, bad nutrition, costs of dentists, police calls, judicial procedures, social assistance, etc. If the poor and unemployed then also have children or get them: lost, badly educated and weak learning children, etc.

Unemployment produces an immense financial burden in the billions of euros per month in Spain and trillions of euros around the globe. Unemployment destroys entire inner, spiritual and psychical potentials of hundreds of millions of people; with that everywhere also the entire society at its core.

Nobody in Spain, Andalusia, on the Costa del Sol or in Marbella has bothered to come up with a long-term sustainable future for all the people; especially not for the huge expat-community with members mostly from Northern Europe (over 1,200,000 people) that was still here a few years ago. Most of the business people only had one thing in mind and they still have it today: the quick and big profit and the exploitation of the people! The politicians, in the interest of power, career and reputation have ensnared themselves in corruption and cronyism. Incompetence in the political sphere as well as the humane sphere is the trademark of these leaders, and this when actually they should be carrying the responsibility for the long-term future of all people. There has not been and there isn’t anyone, with a long-term sustainable vision with real projects that can provide 5-6 million jobs. There is nobody that has the intelligence, the creativity and the spirit, to care for the interest of the young generation for the years 2030-2100. Most of the politicians and experts still have a frame of mind from the year 1970 and before. On top of that, add the archaic religion that destroys all humane potential already at its roots. The education system is in this respect also catastrophic: rarely is there something outstanding in the academic education programs that could be useful for the future in this century. Most of the graduates of the Universities are incapable of realizing the collective human potential in projects for the people, for the inner psychical-spiritual person in the coming decades. The academic idea of man is archaic. The corresponding educational programs are antiquated. The Spaniards have sold their land to a foreign religious psychosis, to a horribly greedy ideology, to a political narcissism and to the megalomania of its leaders with claims of global domination. The Spanish soul is dying!

All leaders in politics, all CEOs and managers in the economy, especially those in the banks and the corporate groups, the elite in general as well as the super rich and aristocrats, that have the responsibility for this development on their conscience, will not receive a ticket to Paradise for thousands of years!

A society for human beings

Every solution first requires a collective catharsis and a new understanding about the psychical-spiritual personhood. The state, politicians, CEOs, managers, super rich, aristocrats, royalty and also the religions must serve the people. Those that cannot do this or do not want to, do not deserve their post.
