  1. The pdf-documents: After successful payment you will receive an email with a download link. Also ensure the email is not in your junk mail. In case you have trouble downloading the eBooks or do not receive the email with the download links, do not hesitate to contact us.

  2. We can not take back the documents. The prices reflect the amount and quality of the content and the expenditure in the network of the whole project.

  3. Seminar: Place, dates and themes will be published on this website. Fees are paid upon registration. No refunds in case of cancellation. You can enroll for another date or order products / services for this amount. For all matters related to the seminar (travel, hotel, etc.) we can’t take any liability.

  4. We don’t accept checks.

  5. If Dr. Edward is unable to realize a seminar or sessions, you get back all your paid fees. For further expenses such as travel and hotel (etc.) we can’t take any liability.

  6. Hotel: Booking and payment are made individually.

  7. All educational programs and study manuscripts can be used for free for educational purposes in small meetings, only partly and sporadically. In publications, quotations are allowed as usual. Every use should be accompanied with the following copyright notice: “(C) Author Dr. Edward www.RCIGI.com“. Any unauthorized use may result in the imposition of criminal or civil penalties.

  8. For a commercial use or free distribution in bigger activities you need to get express authorization from Dr. Edward, subject to compensation.
